The Studio
Our natural light studio is an invitation to enjoy the great power of movement in a safe, fun and welcoming environment for everyone. We strongly believe that movement allows emotions to move through our body releasing stress, helping with mental health and improving your energy levels. Movement is social, it is a great way to meet new amazing people allowing you to express yourself better.
Our Classes
Lila Studios offers small group reformer Pilates classes for every level, in the heart of Rhiwbina Village.
The reformer machines will help to increase the intensity and add resistance to the traditional Pilates exercises using different options of springs which form part of the reformer.
These classes will improve your posture, increase strength, decrease back pain, prevent injuries and increase energy levels. All classes are 45 minutes long.
Beginner
Our Beginner Reformer Pilates class—a balanced blend of gentle pace and rewarding challenge. Perfect for newcomers, this class focuses on laying down the foundational principles of Pilates while providing a mindful full-body workout. Through guided exercises emphasising breathing techniques, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, concentration, and control, you'll build confidence and strength at your own pace.
Intermediate
Discover our Intermediate Reformer Classes, where dynamic movements merge with mindful challenges. Ideal for those craving invigorating workouts that demand heightened body awareness, strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Led by experienced instructors, this class offers advanced options for those ready to elevate their practice, ensuring a rewarding journey towards greater strength and agility.
Group On-demand
Experience our on-demand group classes, where you'll follow expertly curated pre-recorded sessions projected via our studio's screens.
A staff member will be present at all times to address any inquiries, but please keep in mind they are overseeing rather than instructing a class.
One2One On-demand
Rent a reformer bed for a personalised workout tailored to your preferences. Whether you opt for our extensive library of classes or come prepared with your own routine, you'll have the freedom to exercise at your own rhythm. A staff member will be present at all times to address any inquiries, but please keep in mind they are overseeing rather than instructing.

With a focus on core stability and overall fitness, our Pre and post natal classes are an excellent way to help your body cope with the changes you’re undergoing and prepare it for the stresses to come, they are also a safe and effective way to recover from pregnancy and childbirth.

We have Lila Studios grip socks available for purchase at the studio for your convenience.
No jewellery
To minimise damage to the machines, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing jewellery during your session.

Kindly use the machines with care, as they are very valuable. Your consideration is hugely appreciated.

Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to help maintain cleanliness.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Should you need to cancel with less than 48 hours ' notice, a cancellation fee may be applied to your account. If we are able to accommodate another client in your reserved spot, you will receive a refund of the session fee; however, if the spot remains unfilled, the fee will not be refunded.

Towels are provided for wiping down equipment after use.
Listen to Your Body
Listen to your body and only push yourself to a comfortable level. Rest or modify exercises as needed to prevent injury.
Stay Hydrated
Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated throughout the class, but be mindful not to spill water on the equipment. We have filtered water available at the studio.

It depends on the nature of your injury or condition. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before the class begins so modifications can be provided if necessary.
